Robust construction to proven designs and suitable for use with standard compaction containers, Simpak is the name for quality SIMPAK Press-n-pak PP25H Specification
Compaction is achieved by an horizontal packing blade which is operated by two double double acting hydraulic cylinders exerting a pressure of 25.1tonnes on the ram face. The power units and electrical controls are mounted in an enclosed compartment away from vandals and deposited waste materials. The power unit is rubber mounted to avoid damage during transit and is manufactured utilising high quality reliable components incorporating a 125 litre oil reservoir, 4 gpm pump, heavy duty phase motor and pressure relief switch with warning lamp to indicate a blockage of the system or container full. The electrical control system is mounted in an integral panel on the side of the container and also uses high quality standard components for ease of maintenance or repair. Waste is fed into the machine via a generous charge box giving ample room for most objects. The charging area is completely enclosed by two hinged lockable steel doors which are safety switched to render the machine inoperable when open. A rear loader is offered as an optional extra. The fast cycling of the compaction blade allows disposal of approximately 2.5 cu. metres of waste per minute and this coupled with the low loading height and automatic cycling means less time and effort for your operatives. Operation of the machine is by way of a simple key switch vandal proofed stop/start station which when key and power supply are removed render the machine safe. The machine come with an approved power inlet connector and up to 5 metres of armour cable flex for connection to your local power supply as standard, longer lengths are available as an extra. The container is painted in an EPA compliant finish in a single colour of your choice.
