Randalls Fabrications Ltd. has a long history of container manufacture and steel fabricating for the Waste Industry and is the manufacturer of the widely acknowledged Simpak static and Press-n-Pak portable range of hydraulic waste compactors. Randalls joined the Ramshorn Group in November 1999

LOCATION
Kinsley is situated in the Yorkshire countryside between the towns of Pontefract,  Barnsley and Doncaster. not far from the War of the Roses battlefield (1460) at Wakefield.  The M62 (Manchester/Hull), A1M (London/Edinburgh) and M1 (London/Leeds) motorways are all within a 6 mile radius. Mainline stations at Doncaster, Leeds and Wakefield are only some thirty minutes by car away from the site. There is also easy access to Leeds/Bradford & Manchester Airports. The area was one the powerhouses of the industrial revolution led by the cotton industry and is the home of Rugby League and is renowned for its brass bands and world-wide for the confectionary called Pontefract cakes.

FACILITIES

2650 sq m. (28000 sq. ft.) of factory space with five overhead, 5  ton cranes, 3  metre guillotine, auto-feed saws, brake press, MIG welding plants and a large paint shop. 175 sq. m. (2000 sq. ft) of office and other facilities. Computer aided design

The factory is organized on a flow line principle using J.I.T. All materials are stored, and processes carried out, within the same building

We do not manufacture for stock as we are geared to offer a high speed design and build package to meet the individual requirements of our customers
